Farm LLC entered into a purchase and sale agreement that secured the public’s recreational use of up to 65 miles of trails on Galbraith Mountain and protected the area from development in perpetuity. Bellingham Parks and Recreation developed nearly 1.5 miles of trail in the Squalicum Creek corridor, which is part of the proposed Nooksack Loop Trail – a 45 mile regional trail that will connect Bellingham to Ferndale, Everson, and Lynden.
